The main ingredient in our new LVL CERA Eyelash Lifting System is a vegan-friendly ceramide, CeramideBio; a synthetic version of naturally occurring ceramides and is a purer, more sustainable alternative.
Ceramides are fatty acids that occur naturally in the hair as part of the cell membrane complex that holds the cuticle and cortex cells together like glue. A lack of ceramides makes it difficult for the hair to bind its proteins and moisture. Treating the hair with ceramides helps it to retain the protein and moisture it already has, keeping it strong, healthy and shiny.

LVL CERALASHBOND (BONDING GEL)
The bonding gel is no longer for single use as each 10ml tube allows up to 20+ treatments. The new formula has a stronger hold and dries faster for even better results. Enriched with baobab seed oil, a natural oil rich in vitamins A, D, E and F and known for its nourishing and moisturising properties.
LVL CERALASHLIFT (LIFTING BALM)
This new and improved formula requires less working time and has a lighter gel consistency, making it even easier to apply evenly.The addition of CeramideBio, coconut fruit extract, avocado oil and vitamin E helps to moisturise and strengthen the eyelashes.
LVL CERALASHFIX (2 IN 1 VOLUMENFIX) AND LVL CERALASHTINT
Thanks to our revolutionary new formula, we have simplified the treatment by combining the fixing and tinting steps.Now you can mix CeraLashFix and CeraLashTint (our updated tint formula with a deep, rich and long-lasting colour) together and apply in one go - it's easy! LVL CERALASHBALANCE (pH RECONSTRUCTOR)
This ground-breaking new step resets the pH of the lashes, reducing the risk of over-treatment and cuticle repair. Keravis™ PE, a vegan keratin alternative, strengthens the hair from the inside and coats it from the outside to protect it and increase its shine.
LVL CERALASHRESTORE (MOISTURE COMPLEX)
The final step in your treatments is a next-generation moisturising complex. CeramideBio and panthenol regenerate and condition, while hydrolysed quinoa and green tea leaf extract help to intensify, preserve and maintain the tint colour for longer. Finally, the film former wraps around the lashes like a glove, sealing in all the nourishing active ingredients and immediately supporting the curl of the lashes.

In addition to new products and even better results, we also have a new, optimised patch testing process. You now only need to perform one patch test for LVL CeraLashLift and CeraLashFix (plus tint), making it easier for your clients, and we encourage you to re-patch test clients, even on your existing clients. Our existing LVL formula is known as the gold standard for eyelash lifting. Although we know the formula is great, we wanted to push ourselves to see if we could surpass it.
Our extensive research and innovation has enabled us to develop a unique range of formulations that deliver outstanding results while actively conditioning the lashes and helping to rebuild the cuticles in the same treatment.
This unique system is based on the science of naturally occurring ceramides on the lashes and understanding the role of pH in the treatment, which together help to make the process safer and gentler on the lashes, with a strong focus on replenishment
Ceramides occur naturally in the cuticle, the outermost layer of the hair shaft. They are responsible for keeping the hair shaft intact, smooth and healthy.
During a lash lift, the natural ceramide content of the lashes is depleted and/or altered by the oxidation process, and if not properly replenished, this can lead to long-term damage and overuse.
The CeramideBio contained in our new LVL treatment is designed to help replenish these depleted ceramides immediately to minimise long-term unwanted effects and keep lashes healthy.

Yes, we have simplified our patch testing process so that you now only need to perform one patch test for CeraLashLift, CeraLashFix and CeraLashTint. Due to the change in formula, we recommend that LVL clients are patch tested again. For more information, please see our full patch testing policy .
Blister packs are synonymous with LVL products, but we have decided to change our packaging for a number of reasons.
Not using blister packs is a more sustainable option. Blister packs contain a lot of plastic and our pouches are made from more sustainable materials. We are also able to produce them in the UK, reducing our carbon footprint.
To reduce waste in the salon, the single-use treatment steps are now contained in 100 % recyclable pouches.
In addition, we have found that pouches are the best format to keep formulations in the best condition over a longer period of time. After rigorous testing of our new formulas, the results showed an improvement in product response and condition when stored in pouches.
The CeraLashLift (Lifting Balm) is air-sensitive and there is less air in the sachets that could react with the product. We know that the bonding gel can thicken more quickly in individual doses, which leads to the product drying out. To remedy this, CeraLashBond (Bonding Gel) is now available in 10ml tubes to allow for greater flexibility in application and performance.
In the new system, we have combined two steps into one, which shortens your treatment times and reduces waiting times. The fixing and tinting steps are now combined into one; simply mix your CeraLashFix with the CeraLashTint to fix the curl and tint the lashes in one step.
It not only speeds up the process for you, but also makes the treatment less stressful for your hair. By reducing the frequency with which the hair cuticle is opened and closed, the risk of potential damage to the hair shaft and weakening of the cuticle is minimised.
